Debby is an illustrator from Toronto, Canada. She enjoys combining the cute with the quirky, and considers an “aww” and a giggle to be the highest level of compliment. She has a real soft spot for the natural world, and loves melding naturalism with whimsy and fantastical elements.
Debby spent her early career working as a character animator for children’s television. After moving abroad she spent some time in early childhood education, in a bilingual German-English setting. Debby studied Special Effects Makeup in Vancouver and has been working for the film and television industry since 2016.
Her latest project was colour work for the SunWing Graphic Novel releasing November 2026 through Harper Collin’s Canada.
